Like many shoppers, I hit up the internet to compare prices for any decent purchase. And like any savvy buyer should, I also check out the seller's reputation.

The lowest-priced retailer had a ton of complaints flying at them from all over the web, going back years.

On the flip side, STB boasts a bunch of satisfied customers, and just as crucially, they handle any issues with transparency and integrity.

I’m not saying you’re getting ripped off for what should be standard service, because you’re not: the price for my item was still quite reasonable.

They really showed their worth, managing my indecision and tricky circumstances.

One of the items wasn’t listed on their website and had to be specially ordered. They quickly responded to my email, giving me clear instructions to add a request with the rest of my order.

Of course, I totally forgot to do that and only remembered when the other items showed up.

I shot off another email, but before they could get back to me, I changed my mind about what I actually needed and sent yet another message.

The reason for the delay in their response was that they were all under the weather with something nasty.

Despite that, they added the item to their site so I could order it. And even with my back-and-forth, they threw in a little something extra as a thank you for my business. You guys rock!

So if you’ve been burned by some dodgy seller whose only real stock is a load of nonsense and you’re not keen on giving your hard-earned cash to some big corporation with underpaid staff, I’d recommend giving STB a shot.

They actually have the stuff available when they say it’s in stock, and the service is top-notch!

I was on the hunt for a part for my e-bike and wasn’t having much success finding it. Luckily, Singletrack Bikes had what I needed in stock. I placed my order online late on Friday, and by Monday morning, it was at my door. The communication was excellent, and the delivery was super quick. Big thanks to the team at Singletrack Bikes; I’m back in action now!

I got myself a Kona Kahuna (it was on sale, so a fantastic deal). I placed my order at 7pm on Sunday, and by midday Tuesday, the bike was in my hands in London. I doubt any other company could pull off that kind of speed—just mind-blowing. The communication was top-notch the whole time (well, during the 36 hours from when I ordered to when I got the bike). I took the bike out of the box, attached the wheel, and it was almost good to go. There were some nice little extras too, like the cables being neatly tied in (instead of the factory clips). I haven’t tried singletrack bikes before, but with service like this, I’ll definitely be back for all my biking needs.

Throughout the years, I've shopped at countless bike retailers, including different local bike shops and CRC. Singletrack stands out as my top choice. The team is fantastic at answering questions, super knowledgeable, and on top of that, their prices are reasonable and deliveries are speedy.

Delivery was fast, but I didn’t get any response regarding the items that were missing from my order. I wouldn’t suggest this place. However, I just got a message from David and the problem has been sorted out.

I got myself a Garmin watch that showed up pretty quickly and was packed up nicely to keep it safe. The folks at Single Track Bikes kept me in the loop about my order the whole way through. Much appreciated!

Absolutely thrilled with the service and communication I received from Singletrack bikes. I placed my order, and within just a couple of days, the part showed up. The SRAM X5 X7 freehub was priced really well and matched perfectly with my 2014 Boardman bike. I've ordered again since then and got the same great service. So, my Mrs got me a box of spokes on Monday night and even paid for DPD express delivery, which claimed I’d have my stuff in 2 working days. But here we are on Friday morning, and I still ain't got no spokes. I’d say steer clear of these folks. I’ll keep you posted and plan to call when they open today. It said they were in stock when we ordered, and I really needed them for a weekend ride, but that’s looking unlikely now. Update: After a call to them and then a callback from Single Track, turns out there was some miscommunication on my part and my Mrs's. But I gotta say, they added a nice personal touch in their communication about the express delivery. Just waiting on my goods now, and they should be here in the next few hours. So, I’m feeling good about it, aside from the delivery mix-up.
